Sleeper Paul Adam by Paul Adam

A thriller by Paul Adam set in the world of rare violins. When Tomaso Rainaldi, an elderly violin-maker in Cremona, is murdered, the investigation leads to a rich collector in Venice, an old murder, an enigmatic Englishman and a trail of missing instruments – perhaps even a rival to Stradivari’s famous “Messiah”.
