    Nomi Berger is a Canadian novelist, born in Montreal and now based in Toronto, who studied journalism at American University in Washington, D.C. Before turning to fiction she worked as an advertising copywriter and as public relations director for a major hospital. She has written seven novels of family drama and romance, among them Emerald Enchantment and Devotions, as well as non-fiction and poetry. The Best of Friends, listed here, follows two very different women whose lives are upended by betrayal and hidden pasts.
